• Monitoring program performance, discussing key performance factors and trends, and delivering comprehensive, ongoing, and meaningful reports and analysis
• Overseeing implementation of new plans and services
• Demonstrating the value of the pharmacy care services provided by your plan
• Managing contract and pricing
Professional Background

I joined Optum in 2020 and have 10+ years of healthcare industry experience. I served as an Account Manager for CastiaRx and most recently held the role of Pharmacy Account Manager within our TPA team. I was recognized and promoted due to his knowledge, drive toward exceeding client expectations, and abilities to resolve and solution all areas of pharmacy care services effectively, efficiently, and with utmost client and member care in mind.

I holds a Bachelor of Science (BS), Business Administration degree from North Park University. Outside of work, I enjoys going on vacation with his family and friends, working out and playing sports.

Strategic Account Executive

I oversee overall client strategy including business needs and objectives that drive client retention, growth, and relationship development. I also serve as a mentor providing strategic leadership for a team of Strategic Account Executives.&nbsp;

I joined OptumRx in 2016 and hold over 17 years of client management experience with complex, national accounts in the self-insured space. My experience includes strategic analytics, project management, implementation, and consulting.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication, with an emphasis in the medical and health sciences, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I currently reside in Maineville, Ohio with my husband, Aaron, and three children, Kara, Grant, and Elyse.&nbsp;

Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Holly has been working in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry for over 12 years. She began my career with the organization in 2011 as a Client Service Representative. In the roles in the organization, she has drafted plan changes, helped to resolve client and member issues while providing excellent customer service. She also handles benefit and member questions as well as other inquiries from my clients.

In her current role as a Sr. Cares Specialist (Centralized Advocacy, Resolution &amp; Escalation Specialist) she assist her clients with day to day service issues, claim inquires, adjustments, Prior Authorization inquiries, entering overrides, and member/pharmacy outreaches.

Holly currently reside in West Allis, WI (Milwaukee Area) and am a mother to 3 beautiful girls. I also have 3 fur babies (Bella, Jaxson and Scooter). In her spare time, her family loves to go camping. She also love to bake desserts for family get-togethers. She enjoy relaxing outdoors with a good book and hanging out with her family and friends, especially by the campfire.&nbsp;

Sr. CARES Specialist

As a pharmacy account manager, I serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned Optum Rx customers and act as a direct liaison between Optum Rx internal departments and the customer. My responsibilities include:
Assisting with new customer benefits implementation and transition to assigned operational resources within the team.

Managing the day-to-day operational functions in the areas of client benefit design setup and changes, product implementation and other service delivery projects to ensure operational quality and client satisfaction

Coordinating with clients, consultants and vendors to establish and manage data file feeds, standard and ad-hoc reports for clients.

Facilitating customer training on the Web-based claims system access tool, which allows clients to view real time claims, history, and eligibility

Representing clients as internal liaison for all operational inquiries and requests

I prioritizes each customer’s needs and support the goal of Optum Rx to deliver exceptional service and overall satisfaction.
I joined Optum Rx in 2011. My previous experience includes a variety of roles, including BCT and RxCCR HealthPlan team where my responsibilities were to develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes, collaborate and communicate with internal business partners and UMR support team, identify root cause and trends by researching numerous systems including but not limited to RxCCR, RxClaims, and other platforms. I enjoy working out 5 times a week including hiking with my 2yr old Shorkie, traveling for leisure, and cooking new dishes.
